The eSpring Water Treatment System is made up of different components to provide you with clean and healthy water. With the eCoupled™ Wireless Power, electricity is transmitted through air, water and plastic components.   • Depending on the quality of water where you live, an optional pre-filter may be needed; otherwise, the standard wrap Pre-Filter that comes with the eSpring Cartridge is typically sufficient.
  • The UV Lamp in the Cartridge contains mercury. Please dispose of it according to local, state, or federal laws.

  • Amway Philippines offers a two-year limited warranty for this eSpring Water Purifier product code and a one year limited warranty on eSpring UV Carbon Filter Replacement. This Limited Warranty covers the eSpring Unit, including the power adapter, filter cartridge, tubing and diverter. To know more, check page 14 of the eSpring Owner's Manual.
  • The eSpring Water Purifier is designed for use only with bacteriologically suitable (potable) water, e.g., municipally treated water. We do not recommend sourcing from pre-filtered water of unsafe or unknown quality, such as deep well water, without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
  • Please keep in mind to read and follow all instructions in the product manual before use – noncompliance with the clauses and instructions in the manual is equivalent to product misuse and will void your warranty, repair, and replacement service benefits.
